On Thursday, November 17th 2022, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, we warmly invite you to the Opening Reception of NEW OLD WORLD, the latest group exhibition by the DigiAna Group—held at Yashar Gallery, located at 276 Greenpoint Avenue in the vibrant heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn—where five interdisciplinary artists come together to explore and reinterpret the layered aesthetic, conceptual, and cultural resonances of retrofuturism, skeuomorphism, and the reawakening of ancient knowledge in a digitally saturated present, offering a compelling and immersive experience through multi-sensory works that span digital and analog media, augmented reality, and the liminal zones between tactile memory and virtual perception, ultimately inviting visitors to question and reflect on how deeply human emotions and inherited wisdom navigate—and are shaped by—contemporary technological frameworks in a world that is at once newly imagined and hauntingly familiar.
